To register for a course or purchase a gift card, we require a parent or legal guardian to provide:

 

• Contact Information: First and last name, email address, mailing address (if applicable for physical goods).

 

• Billing Information: Credit card details and billing address (processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store full credit card numbers).

 

• Account Credentials: Username and password.

 

B. Information About Children
We only collect information about children that is reasonably necessary for them to participate in our classes. This includes:

• Preferred Name/Nickname: To address the child during class.

 

• Age/Grade Level: To ensure the curriculum is appropriate.

 

• Live Video & Audio: During our live interactive sessions (via Zoom or similar platforms), your child’s image and voice will be visible and audible to the instructor and other student participants.

 

• Classwork: Any drawings, answers, or projects they submit as part of the course.

 

We do NOT:

• Ask children to reveal personal contact information (like phone numbers or home addresses) during class.

 

• Use children’s data for marketing or advertising purposes.

 

• Create profiles of children for commercial purposes.

 

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data for the following purposes:

Service Delivery: To provide the online courses, process payments, and send login details.

 

• Communication: To send you (the parent) order confirmations, class reminders, and updates about your child's progress.

 

• Safety & Security: To monitor for inappropriate behavior during live sessions and ensure a safe learning environment.

 

• Improvement: To analyze website usage and improve our course offerings.

 

3. Sharing Information with Third Parties
We do not sell, trade, or rent your or your child's personal identification information to others. We only share data with trusted service providers who help us operate our business, and who are contractually obligated to keep your information confidential.

 

These providers include:

 

Wix: Our website hosting and database provider.

Zoom / [Video Platform Name]: To facilitate live video classrooms.

 

Stripe / PayPal / Wix Payments: To securely process payments.

 

Email Services: To send automated receipts and reminders.

 

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).

 

4. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
