Nature Investigators: An Intro to Biology
Course Date & Time:
Sundays at 5:00pm EST — February 1, 8, 15, 22
40 minute Zoom Session
Biology Is the Study of Life
Chemistry isn’t just in a lab, it’s part of everyday life.
In Nature Investigators, kids explore what makes something alive. They learn that living things need food, water, and air, and that they can grow, move, and reproduce. Through simple, concrete examples, children discover why a flower is alive and a rock is not.
Kids investigate plants, animals, and their own bodies through hands-on activities, movement, discussion, and observation. Each class encourages children to slow down, notice details, ask questions, and build meaningful connections with the living world around them.
Biology becomes a way for children to understand themselves, other living things, and the natural world they are part of building curiosity, respect, and awareness of life in all its forms.
